When is Court Held?
Municipal Court is held on the 3rd Thursday of every at month at 5:30 P.M. Court is located at 2069 West Littleton Blvd. Littleton Co. 80120.
If you would like to request a continuance, you may do so by faxing, mailing, or emailing a request for continuance form to the court, stating the reason why you cannot make your original court date and that you understand that you must appear on the following court date (the third Thursday of the following month).
Please Note: The location of the Town Office and Court are not the same. If you are attempting to pay your ticket without going to court, this needs to be done at the Town Office.
Plea Bargains: Depending on the violation, a plea bargain may or may not be offered. If box B on the ticket is checked, a fine and Mail-In plea bargain is being offered. The standard plea bargain is a 2 point reduction. This plea bargain can be obtained through the mail and does not require a court appearance. If you elect to take the Mail-In plea bargain, the following table shows the violation you will be receiving on your driving record. All payments must be received 24 hours prior to your court date.
